1. ChatChatGo function prompts

ChatChatGo provides users with the ability to translate text or images in real time, you can enter text, voice in our application or use the camera to translate.

2. Create an account

ChatChatGo does not require you to use information to create a personal account. After you find ChatChatGo in the store to download it, you can directly open it and enjoy our services.

You can also view the privacy policy, terms of service and other documents you need to view in the Home Page - Settings

3. Network interruption

If you are experiencing network outages and other issues during use, our advice is:

a. You can disconnect the network and wait for a while, and then try to reconnect to see if it is restored

b. If you encounter lag in translation, please wait for ten seconds. If there is no response, please close the application from the background and try to restart.

c. If you have tried many methods but still no response, please contact our staff through our email: [email protected] and we will solve it for you.

4. How can I save my translation history?

In our application, you can find translation history on Home - History, and we will record your translation history within a day; if you want to permanently record your historical translation results, please click Favorites in the lower left corner to place it in your favorites, and then click Favorites to view.
